Corrections

A figure, a licence number, a fee, a statutory reference or a local detail we have wrong. Please include the page and, where you can, a source. We correct promptly and note material corrections on the page.

Very welcome

Local information

A crypto kiosk that has gone dark or appeared, a business that has started or stopped accepting crypto, a change in a local operator. Nevada is a big state and we cannot be everywhere in it.

Press and research

Questions about our data, our methodology, or the Nevada crypto landscape. We are happy to explain how we arrived at a figure and to point you at the primary source.

Partnership enquiries

We work with a small number of licensed platforms. Commercial relationships do not affect rankings — see our methodology and editorial policy before writing.

What we cannot help with

We cannot recover stolen or lost cryptocurrency. Nobody can reverse a blockchain transaction, and any service that contacts you offering to is running a second fraud. If you have been defrauded, report to the platform or kiosk operator immediately, then to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center and the FTC the same day. Our recovery scam page explains what genuinely can and cannot be done.

We cannot help with an exchange account. We do not operate any platform, hold anyone's funds or have access to anyone's account. If a platform has restricted or frozen your account, its own support process is the only route — and note that where a restriction follows a suspicious activity report, the institution is legally barred from explaining it.

We do not accept guest posts or link placements. Please do not write about these. Our editorial policy explains why.

Reporting a problem to the right place

If your issue is with a company rather than with our coverage of it, these are the bodies that can actually act.

Mail and phone

We do not operate a public telephone line or a walk-in office. Everything runs through email, which means requests are logged, answered by the people who wrote the page in question, and answerable in writing.

If you receive a phone call from someone claiming to represent Nevada Crypto, it is not us. We do not make outbound calls, we never contact anyone about their holdings, and we will never ask for a wallet address, a recovery phrase or a payment.
