Terms of use and disclaimer
What this site is, what it is not, and the limits of what you should rely on it for.
Last updated: September 2026
1. Acceptance
By using nevada-crypto.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. What we provide
General information, research and comparison content about buying, selling and holding cryptocurrency, with a focus on Nevada. It is provided for educational purposes only.
We try hard to be accurate and we source claims to primary material where we can — our methodology page sets out how. We cannot guarantee that everything is complete, current or error-free. Fees, licences, limits, availability and law all change, sometimes quickly. Always verify details directly with the provider and with the relevant regulator before acting.
3. No professional relationship
Reading this site, or emailing us, does not create an adviser-client, attorney-client, accountant-client or fiduciary relationship of any kind.
For advice about your own situation, consult appropriately licensed professionals: a CPA or tax attorney for tax questions, a Nevada-licensed attorney for legal questions, and a registered investment adviser for investment questions.
4. Third-party services and links
This site links to exchanges, regulators, operators and other third parties. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, products, fees, security or conduct. A link is not an endorsement or a warranty.
Any dealings you have with a third party are between you and them. Before using any financial service, verify its licensing yourself — for money transmitters serving Nevada, at NMLS Consumer Access and with the Nevada Financial Institutions Division.
5. Affiliate disclosure
Some links on this site are partner links, and we may earn a commission if you open an account through one. This does not cost you anything and does not affect our scores, rankings or content. Full disclosure is on our editorial policy page.
6. Accuracy and forward-looking statements
Figures on this site — fees, ranges, coverage descriptions, market estimates — are indicative and were believed accurate at the time of the review date shown on each page. Where a figure is our own characterisation rather than a sourced number, we say so.
We publish no price predictions, targets or forecasts, and any statement about the future is opinion rather than assurance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nevada Crypto, its contributors and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content, including without limitation investment losses, losses from fraud, losses arising from third-party services, or loss of data or access to digital assets.
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Your responsibilities
- Verify anything material before you act on it
- Understand that crypto transactions are generally irreversible
- Secure your own keys, recovery phrases and account credentials
- Comply with your own tax and reporting obligations
- Never share a recovery phrase or private key with anyone, including anyone claiming to represent this site
9. Intellectual property
Content on this site is our own work and is protected by copyright. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Reproducing substantial portions, or republishing pages, requires written permission — write to contact@nevada-crypto.com.
Third-party names and marks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation or endorsement unless we say otherwise.
10. Jurisdiction
This site is operated with a focus on the State of Nevada, United States. These terms are governed by Nevada law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Content is not directed at, and may not be appropriate for, users in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency activity is restricted.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the last revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms: contact@nevada-crypto.com. See also our privacy policy, editorial policy and methodology.
