Nevada Crypto is an independent informational and comparison website. We are not a bank, broker-dealer, money transmitter, money services business, investment adviser, exchange or custodian. We do not hold, transmit, invest or manage customer funds, and we are not licensed to provide financial services in Nevada or anywhere else.

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. No content here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any digital asset, to use any particular provider, or to take any particular course of action. We do not know your circumstances and nothing we publish is tailored to them.

Cryptocurrency is volatile and risky. Prices can fall substantially and without warning, and you can lose the entire amount you put in. Digital assets are not legal tender and are not insured by the FDIC, NCUA or SIPC. Transactions are generally irreversible.

We try hard to be accurate and we source claims to primary material where we can — our methodology page sets out how. We cannot guarantee that everything is complete, current or error-free. Fees, licences, limits, availability and law all change, sometimes quickly. Always verify details directly with the provider and with the relevant regulator before acting.

3. No professional relationship

Reading this site, or emailing us, does not create an adviser-client, attorney-client, accountant-client or fiduciary relationship of any kind.
